How do they get the decorations up so quickly?

We were b2b on the Magic one year when our change over day was the day they were decorating the ship. (This was also a time when they let b2b passengers back on fairly quickly.) We got off the ship around 9 and reboarded about 45 minutes later. The atrium was a beehive of activity. There was a whole crew bringing out and hanging the decorations. It was amazing how quickly they got the atrium decorated and moved on to other areas. The last thing that was put up was the tree. (Think they have everything else in place so they can place the guide wires that hold the tree stable last. There is only a small team working on them so that took a bit of time.) We watched for about an hour so it was done in less than 2 hours. It was an amazing choreography!
