How do these ADR's look? Thoughts?

Now Im trying to get my ADR's together. I have 2 Epcot days planned. I am not sure if I should spen one eening at the Boardwalk(eat at Cape Mays and walk around) or spen both evenings in Epcot. I have looked at the menus and want to try Garden Grill I think. I also want to try Dinner at Akershus Dining Hall with the Princesses. I just hate looking at menus for everyone! I dont know what they wanna eat lol Here is what I have so far:

Sunday:
Chef Mickeys
Monday:
Tusker House Breakfast
T-Rex Dinner oop
Tuesday:
1900 Park Fare or Be Our Guest(if its open) Maybe Crystal Palace this day?
Wednesday:
50's primetime Cafe
Thursday:
Garden Grill thinking about Cape May Cafe Clam bake dinner
Friday:
Crystal Palace Thinking about Whispering Canyon Cafe
Saturday:
Princess Dinner at Akershus

So many great places to eat! I would love to do DxDP but too much money and too many ppl. Maybe another trip~ I just cant decide!

Please help me choose. We have eaten at CM, CP,1900 50's all before and wanna eat at 50's and CM this trip def

Here are my thoughts - next to each suggestion.

Chef Mickeys Not a fan, but if you are, then looks good.
Monday:
Tusker House Breakfast This is our favorite breakfast. Try to get the before park opens reservation. Then send someone for expedition everest fps and be first in line to ride safari.
T-Rex Dinner oop Super Fun environment and just got put on the dining plan. Crunch numbers to make sure it's not cheaper to use DP for this one and not one of the others.
Tuesday:
1900 Park Fare or Be Our Guest(if its open) Maybe Crystal Palace this day? I say CP breakfast to get into MK before it opens. Empty parks make for great pictures. And riding SPlash and Thunder four times each before 10:30 isn't so bad either.
Wednesday:
50's primetime Cafe Never been. My son would freak out if the server treated him like I have heard. Someday maybe when he isn't on the trip.
Thursday:
Garden Grill thinking about Cape May Cafe Clam bake dinner We have done both and prefer the Garden Grill. Great character interaction. Good food. Close to Soarin if you are waiting for the last minute ride or waiting out a FP
Friday:
Crystal Palace Thinking about Whispering Canyon Cafe If you are wanting to stay close to MK, maybe 1900 Park Fare at dinner? WCC is okay, but doesn't make my list of repeats. Maybe Ohana's if you can get it? I am not a fan, but many people are.
Saturday:
Princess Dinner at Akershus We did breakfast and really liked it. I have looked at the menu for dinner at allears.net and found it not what we would enjoy.
