How do the beverage tastings work/booking tastings through concierge services?

I'd like to book a few beverage tastings for our upcoming (hoping we sail) cruise through concierge services. Are the tastings offered multiple times a day? For example, if I want to do the chocolate/liquor tasting, do I specify a date/time or just say "I'd like to book the chocolate/liquor tasting"? Thanks for any information!

The way I handle it is to email the shoreside concierge address and ask what the tastings offered for my cruise are. Some happen 1-2 times a cruise, others may be offered more or not at all, depending on the sailing. Times vary by tasting (e.g., whiskey and bourbon are usually at night; many others are mid afternoon). Then you can see what fits in with the rest of your plans and book what you want.

I do the same thing as @Doofenshmirtz513 : I ask Shoreside for the schedule of the tastings on my sailing. The provided list helps me plan my different days. I then request the ones I want in my email on day 125.

Email or call shoreside before bookings open up and they will let you know what is available and when, then if you want something, add it to the email you send them for Tasting/Spa/Specialty Dining/Excursion reservations. I do recommend logging in anyway just in case they drop the ball on something like they did for my kids' Frozen M&G. On my cruise, the Chocolate/Liquor tasting was only offered once, and it conflicted with our Palo brunch, so we picked Palo. I would really like to try it sometime, though!
