Do food/merchandise/mobile orders code as entertainment or travel related on the Chase Sapphire Preferred? I cannot remember what it did on my other cards, but I remember being surprised that some of the food didn't code as food/restaurants.

Just trying to figure out if I want to change my preferred payment to my new card. If it doesn't code as travel, then there's no reason to make the change.

Different scenario, but when staying onsite, can we still charge stuff back to our room? I assume that would make everything code as travel related.

Based on my experience with other Chase cards:

Pretty much all of the restaurants and mobile orders charge as dining. I think that early on, mobile orders weren't all charging as dining but it should all bill as dining now. The only thing I can think of that would code as entertainment is the ticket as merchandise bills as shopping. If you buy a sip and savor pass, that bills as shopping, not dining.
If you pay for your ticket at a hotel, it still bills as entertainment and not as hotel. I haven't tried billing things to a Disney hotel room specifically but for hotels like Hyatt, Hilton and Marriott, that would code as travel. Dining earns more points than travel on the Sapphire Preferred, so if you eat at the hotel, I would not bill to the room. I don't know if merchandise can be billed to the room right now but that could be a candidate for billing to the room.
