How do off site stayers get to pre opening ADR?

We are staying off site and have an 8:25am ADR for a 9am park day. Do we need to take a copy of our ADR printed out to show them at the gate?

What time do we need to arrive in the parking lot to make an 8:25am ADR? We are staying at Windsor Hills so I know about how long it will take us to get from WH to the parking lot but not sure how much time the tram/walking takes.

Also, for those who have 8am ADRs, what time does the ferry start operating for the off site stayers?
