For the one time we booked a towncar, as we came down the escalators going to the luggage claim, our driver was right at the bottom holding a sign with our last name on it. I had also provided our flight information to the company at the time of reservation. They said they check the flight before they leave for the airport just in case of delays/cancellations
You need to tell the Limo service what airline and what flight you are arriving on. That way they can be at the right place.
I also keep their 800 number with me in the event that delays cause us to take a different flight/airline so that we can let them know where/when we'll be arriving.
