I understand there is supposed to be a 'fare-watcher' type of function on expedia or one of the flight sites, but I was having trouble getting it to do what I wanted it to on Expedia - any ABC's to doing this? I don't want to purchase by mistake! I tried to build a trip, but it won't let my return flight be more than 10 days out from my departure date!

Travelocity site has an e-mail alert when your flight drops in price by $25 or more. Go to there site and register(username, password), then.........

1. Put in 5 destination cities
2.put in different airports also that are close to you
3.Check your Travelocity home page every day also because your cities and prices will be listed.

Am I correct in assuming you cannot enter a date selection? Or did I miss that part?

You can enter dates................its just that some fares are only good for 14 days out,30 days out,60 days, etc. Just look at your home page on Travelocity, ifd you like the prices and times of flights then go to the Airline's site and book it. It is usually about $5-$10 cheaper direct with the airline.

I just keep going on the sites of the airlines that I am interested in. Just saw that Jet Blue went down about $30 ...Less than Continental, which has remained the same.
