How do I transfer points to another member?

Hi,

I have some extra points that I was unable to bank. I would like to transfer them to another DVC member, but I'm not sure how to do so.

Can someone please advise?

Just call Member Services, you will need both of the Member Ids and other information that you normally provide. As long as the transaction is the only transfer that you've both done for your use year, then it should only take a few minutes.

You won't even need the member ID of the other member - name and address should suffice. Just remember that this is not a reversible transaction (MS will also remoind you of that fact) and once completed cannot be undone.
