How do I transfer an ADR?

There is a 99.9% chance I will be cancelling my trip to WDW, and if I do, I would like to offer my ADR's to Dissers. Can anyone give me info on how ADR transfers work?

I just transfered an ADR to another DISer & this is what I did. First I had the DISer that wanted my ADR send me a PM with all of his/her partied info....which resort they are staying at; what name the reservation is under; their home telephone number; how many in their party & what that party consists of (ie party of 4 = 2 adults & 2 kids or 4 adults). I then called Disney Dining & told the CM that I wanted to transfer one of my ADRs to a "friend" which she said was no problem. When I was done I sent a PM to the other DISer & gave that person the reservation #.
