How do i post pictures?

I've downloaded photobucket and that's as far as i have got!
how do i know upload a picture? do i take the picture via photobucket or can i just use my phone camera or ipad camera.?
what do i do next?
ps. im not very technical!!!

It's very easy. Do you have a Photobucket account?

I would actually recommend Flickr instead. It is faster, you have more options, I find it easier to use and you are not penalised for bandwidth (when people view images that you have posted it uses your bandwidth which is limited on a free PB account).

I did a TR in 2010 and had to keep stalling it because I went over my bandwidth limit and eventually paid for an account to solve the issue. But Flickr gives you this and plenty more storage for free

Another vote for Flickr

There is an app - I take most of my photos on my iPhone then use the app to upload them.

When posting to the Dis you can use copy and paste the code for sharing.

I have a photobucket account but will look into flicker.

So when I've taken my photo on my phone or iPad, how do I get it onto disboards?

You either need to upload the photo/s to Flickr first and then click on the image and use the share link, or you have to install the Flickr app on your phone

I use photobucket.

You click on the photo you want to use then on the right hand side of the picture you'll see 'links to share this photo' click on the HTML link and it will say 'copied'. Now on the thread you want to share the photo on click on the little yellow picture which says 'insert picture' when you hover over it, delete whats in the box and copy the link into it. That's it....
