How do I make this? (Disney Clipboard)

Oh My!! Thank you so much!! Those instructions are great! I have never used Mod Podge before, so I am hoping that there are directions/tips on the container.

Now I just need to go get the clipboards and Mod Podge and I'll be all set!

This project will help pass at least a little bit of time until our trip this spring!

Glad to help..
If you look around that site you'll find a lot of neat ideas.. I just found it today while I was searching for those instructions! I'll probably do this too for our trip in the fall!

these are neat. Anyone has anymore to share??

I have made several clipboards and they are so easy and fun! Paint the w2ipboard with acrylic paint then let dry. Glue on your paper and decorate to your hearts content then modgepodge the whole project! This keeps it from getting dirty and protects it from little hands!!!! Takes about 24 hours to completly dry!!!! Most of all have fun! Thanks for sharing this link, those clipboards are really cute! You can also add pictures to them to personalize the boards and they are really cute to hang on the wall! That is what I do with mine! Great gifts for people who work in offices, or home offices, or your scrapbook room! I have mine in my kitchen!

Have fun!

i haven't seen them around but do they sell smaller ones? I would like to cut my own card stock for the autographs but don't want to lug a 8.5 x 11 size. Wondered if i can find a smaller size one?

Yep! If you go to an office supply store like Staples, Office Max or office Depot or whatever, they sell the smaller size ones that are either 5X7 or 5 1/2 X 8 1/2 I just can't remember the dimentions.

Off to add that to my list.. good thing I don't have to go shopping right away.. our trip isn't til October... but I have to get going now.. I also found out my two little ones (3 & 5) I babysit for our making their first trip over Thanksgiving this year.. So, the kids are getting the clipboards as a surprise..and than I'll help make their albums when they return.. The 5yo girl has already been scouting 2 peas w/ me and putting in requests! I've converted a 5yo to the scrapper ranks! (and she isn't mine so the money is on her parents.. do you think they'll mind? )

You are too funny!!!! Do you think they will mind!!!! Depends on how much money you spend DARLING!!!!!

Oh, you know me.. I'll donate most of the items... it'll be convincing her mom that she'll come home after working on it... LOL

Ahhh! She is in Awww of the Crop Room!!!! And all of the toys!!!! Why don't you show her the X machine!!!! She will love that! Then you will be buying refills like CRAZY!!!! :rotfl: You could have her play with the Sizzix machine!!! (if you have one) She would love that! Making die cuts and then putting them on a page to make a scene or picture or something? Really cute! Then she could put her pieces through the X machine and instead of using up all your adhesive, she would just use up all of that adhesive!!!! :rotfl:

Have fun!!!!

I am so glad that you asked this! I have been looking for instructions on how to make this. I want to make one for our upcoming trip and I also wanted to make one for for my daughter's teacher for an end of the year gift. :cool1:

Thanks for the links. I make mini clipboards a few weeks ago and I didn't know how to protect them.
I purchased my mini clipboards at the dollar store. I got a brown, blue, gray and orange one. They were in the stationary area and the included a magnetic back and a mini notepad.
Thanks again,
Carrie

Those are so cute!! I think I'll have to try them. They would make great teacher gifts! Thanks for the idea!:goodvibes

Walmart has them for $2 and yes MODGE PODGE is the way to do it!! Just make sure you let the first coat dry really good before adding another ;)
I made mine almost a year and a half ago and it has held up very wel
