How do I make a room request?

Does anybody know how I make a request for a room? i.e. Do I email (do you have the email address?) or do I telephone (do you have a number?)

I booked through Virgin Holidays but I have my confirmation number with Disney as they have emailed me regarding a move from AKL to Poly.

Your agent would have to make the request. They can add your requests to your reservation.

I called disney direct when I last went with virgin holidays so I would locate the number of the hotel and call them direclt, I was told that the actual hotels dont get the reservations till 10 days before you go but it might have changed as I last went in 2005

I booked through Disney and asked for 1st floor of a certain building (can not remember which one at ASMo standard room). They told me that they can not promise any request, but would try to. The # is 1-800-828-0228. We only have long distance on cell phone so I call it all the time.

Our first trip, we booked the trip ourselves and made a request when we reserved our trip for a preferred room local at the Carribean Beach Resort and it worked out great. On our second trip we used a travel agent, Magicforless, and they made building requests for us at Coronado Springs Resort as we wanted to be close to the main market and resturants and that worked out great. I think if you use a travel agent they can and should make the request for you.
