Guest can buy tickets (from the Disney site) linked to individual names in their MDE account.
Open the MDE account and purchase the tickets from there.

Yes, you can do it yourself. Because you will have tickets for MK at a different price point from the DHS tickets, you can purchase as Will Call, print out the Confirmations, and then individually assign the correct ticket to the correct person. That way, you can separate and double-check each ticket assignment before you add the link into MDE.

Will everyone have MagicBands? Are you staying in a Disney Resort?

we are all staying several days at contemporary all have chose color for our magic band were buying two tickets now and will receive two tickets for going to a conference during the trip.

the two we buy are MK now so we can get fast passes selected
the other two will be hollywood studios.

i just want to make sure i get right ticket in the right band

Because there are a number of resort rooms involved, the correct people in each room would receive their MagicBands according to the room reservation and they won't show up in your personal MDE which covers whoever is in your room.

Did your place of employment book the reservations or did each individual person book the reservation?

I'm trying to figure out if you should book as an off-site group and just use the tickets for park entry and FPs and the MagicBands will just be for the rooms and charging. That would be the easiest for pre-planning FPs. Are you within 30 days of your stay?

***it would be easier to answer your questions if you gave the total number of people in your group and the number of rooms involved ; as well as when you will be there***

ok the conference will hold over 500 people however all reservations are being made individually so my reservation which I'm handling has been linked to my disney experience account and it shows each of the 4 people in our group we have customized our magic bands.

If you order the tickets yourself, through your MDE account, at the time of your order you can link the tickets, individually, to the 4 people in your group.

If the tickets are being purchased in advance by someone else... and then the tickets are being sent to you, using your MDE account, you can manually assign each separate ticket (using the numbers printed on each ticket) to each individual person.

Yes, just do as Robo advised and link the MK tickets to the two people who will be going to MK. When you get to the Conference and receive the other two tickets, manually link them to MDE for the two people going to DHS. You can schedule FPs for the DHS people as soon as you link the tickets.

Sorry to hijack, seems you know how I should do this, I have the 4 park DVC tickets linked to MDE, if I want to buy one day tickets for everyone, can I just link those like normal? Will it mess up Fastpasses that I already have scheduled? Also do the MVMCP tickets need to be linked?

Yes for linking the 1-day tickets.

Does not mess up FP - actually allows you to book another day of FPs.

If you link your MVMCP tickets to a "new" or different MDE, you can schedule FPs with your Party ticket in addition to your regular ticket if you are using a regular ticket for the early part of that Party day. If you aren't using a regular ticket on a Party day, still link your MVMCP ticket to book 3 FPs.
