How do I link my tickets to my disney experience in the UK.

We booked with Virgin for Dec 2014, had to call Disney and they gave me a reference to link to MDE. Did it well before 180 days though.

Been told by Virgin that their Reference numbers should now work in MDE. We have a reservation for WL Thanksgiving 2016. Disney told me it should be sometime in July 2015 that it'll work.

I've found the Disney contact centre to be really really helpful in the past.

We arrive on 24th Nov, Which is Thanksgiving. You might get some increase in crowds on your last days, but you'll miss the madness!

Let me know if it works as yours will work before me lol
 
They told me if the ref still doesn't work at the end of July to call them back ( Disney contact centre )

Did you book direct with Disney?

We booked our holiday for next year (Sept) direct. The original confirmation email in May said it would be linked within 7 days, It didn't. When I tried to do it myself, I kept getting a warning message saying the reservation could not be found. I phoned the UK Disney helpline who were able to sort it out and it is linked now.

We booked last year's trip with Virgin Holidays, and if I remember correctly, they weren't able to give us our code to link to MDE until 90 days to go.

Hey booked direct through them,spoke to Disney today and they said another 5 moths and every thing should be linked
 

I too could not link my reservation, kept saying reservation not found so I emailed Disney explaining I could not link my reservation with the UK reservation number given on my confirmation and if they had the U.S. Reservation number. They replied to me today and gave me the U.S. Number which has linked straight away, everything is there, everyone's tickets, well MM is not linked but I'm sure it will once bands are activated.
The U.S. Number is a mixture of letters and numbers eg ABCD1234
We booked last month to travel October 2016. It's worth an email if you want to get it linked. I've even picked my MB colour!!! Excited a bit!? Lol.

My MM is showing as not linked, but beside my tickets it says "with Memory Maker".

Yes, I have our MB colours picked too! And have plenty of time for changes lol

Hi, I used the 'contact us' section on: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/help/email/

Put my details in and said I could not link with the reservation number I have and asked for the U.S. Reservation number. they replied the day later advising to either take the first 2 numbers off the reservation number I had or to use the following number which was the U.S. one that worked.

Hope you get sorted.
