How do I know if my cruise is paid in full when using Travel Agent?

I made our final payments on our Travel Agent site, and it shows no balance due. Is there a way I can see on the Disney website that Disney has the money posted on our cruise so I can book when our booking window opens?
 
Did you not get an email from DCL after you made the final payment? I know when my TA makes mine she forwards me the email from DCL that comes after to say the payment made and balance $0.

When I paid mine with Costco, I got a green checkmark on the Disney Cruise website when I viewed my reservation. It took a few days, but it looks like this now:

I think before that, it said something like, "pay in full by X"
 

I was able to confirm it was paid in full, I saw the green checkmark. Thanks all for the help!

My sister is on the same cruise and she hasn't paid in full and hers did not.

If paying through travel agent, if you are paid in full you see a green checkmark and "We Can't Wait to See You!" instead of "Complete Your Reservation".
 
Perfect! Costco is my TA and I know they are different than some other agencies. I am going with Dreams Unlimited for my next one!

One thing that is a bit different about Costco is that they set final payment date (on their own site) usually about two weeks earlier than DCL's real final payment date, this is so they know you won't miss the actual final payment date. I've missed the Costco final payment date without issue though.

You are right. And my experience has been that they don't move it when Disney extends it. You must call and the move it manually. This is important if you have an automatic balance payment setup.

We saw that too. And they had us set up to auto pay, so it would have been charged at the earlier date. We paid "early" so we could book excursions and Palo, and they said we could cancel and get a refund if we did it in time -- of course, their date to cancel was the two weeks earlier date :)
 
Also, I don’t know if this is true for everyone, but I only get the message with the green check mark on the website. Even after I pay in full the app will still say “Balance: contact your travel professional”.

I had this as well and it was freaking me out because I thought I had paid it in full several months prior.
Well...I did, and I'm sure my travel agent was annoyed with my emails of "are you sure? it still says balance..."

I have it figured out with the help above. Even though paying through travel agent, on the DCL website if you are paid in full you see a green checkmark and "We Can't Wait to See You!" instead of "Complete Your Reservation".

Was your sister able to reserve excursions? Our online booking is tonight, and even though I paid a week ago, I don't have the check mark. I'm starting to panic a little.

She paid in full and has the green checkmark. her window hasn’t opened yet.

I know DCL had a problem with the last system update that impacted online checkin and reservations. You may need to call ?

Yeah. I didn't call last week because it was so crazy and I thought it would calm down by now. I've been on hold for two hours and they just updated me with a wait time that is longer than when I started...131 minutes. Sigh.
