How do i go on Disney Experience and change my dates for my vacation

Hi can someone tell me how to change the vacation dates on my disney experience. I see the new dates have a standard room same room category of what i am changing my dates for.

You can’t modify a reservation on the app. You have to go in through the Disney website, sign in and then pull up your reservation under “my plans”.
