how do i go about making a special request?

Hi, I chose Coronado Springs for my first vacation and wondered if it's possible to request getting a room near bus stop 4. I don't know if I will need a wheel chair and was hoping for easy access to different areas of the resort. I appreciate all advice. thanks!

Two years ago I asked to be as close to the hot tub as possible. The reason is that at the end of a long park day, the hot tub helps a lot for arthritis. They gave me a room completely across the lake from the hot tub and would not change it.
