How do I get the Disney Rewards Card?

I have a Disney visa and have earned some rewards dollar. I keep calling the 800# on my statement and I have gone thru all the recordings and still haven't figured out how to get the Disney reward card.

What am I doing wrong?

When you click on manage my rewards, then click on view rewards balance, then another window will pop-up and you select orders reward items from pull-down box, then you just add the Disney Rewards Card to your cart and they ship it to you.

Also I thought I read somewhere that you can get your points put on a rewards card in DTD somehwere is that true?

Hey I got thru!!! I called the # back and must have missed one of the options before.

Finally talked to a human!! She was very friendly and helpful and I have my Disney rewards card coming in the mail by the 11th!
