How do I get from.....

ASMo to Richard Petty Driving school? We will not have our own car and will be using Disney trasportation for everything. Will we need to take a cab? Any thoughts would be great. My DH wants to try and do this on tuesday before they shutdown for the week.

You can take a bus to either the TTA or Polynesian and walk over to the track. It's a bit of a hike. I would suggest calling the hotel and see if they have any suggestions.

Also, you may want to check that RPDE will be operating that day. Typically, they do not operate on Tuesdays or Thursday at the Disney World Speedway.

With all of that taken care of, have a great time. I had a blast when I did it back in April.

There is a shuttle from the TTC, I'm not sure how often it runs.

There is a shuttle from the Lost and Found, Kennel building at the TTC. You probably need to make arrangements with the Richard Petty school for the pickup.

Maybe I will just wait and see what the hotle recommends. I called 1800 be petty. They do ride a longs on tuesdays and thursdays. They just don't offer the classes on these days.

The shuttle runs every 20 to 25 mins between the track and the TTC location. You should call ahead and make sure the track is open. If the weather is bad it may not be open.
