How do I get from CBR to Wilderness Lodge?

I am at a loss to find info on how to get to the other resorts. We'd like to have dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe. Not sure if we'll be coming direct from our resort (CBR) or from MK.

Also while you are at it, where do you find info on how to hop from park to park? The only thing I've found so far is that there's a water taxi from Epcot to MGM. I realize I can catch a bus back to our resort and wait for another bus, but I thought there might be transportation direct between the parks.

We are staying at CBR and relying solely on the buses.

Getting from park to park is easy. There are busses from one park to the other, although from Epcot to MGM the boat is there. If you are at the MK and want to go to Wilderness Lodge, there is a boat that you can take. Getting from resort to resort is not particularly easy. There are no direct busses, so often the easiest thing to do is to go to the park that is closest, and open, and then take the bus to the other resort. If the parks are closed then you will need to go to downtown disney to get from one resort to the other.

MGM boat, bus, walk

From AK to
MK bus

These busses are direct, non stop.

Also, when I mention MK, it really is the TTC. The monorail from Epcot and the busses from MGM and AK stop at the TTC. You then need to get on the Ferry or express monorail to get to the MK.

Besides the boat there is a bus from MK to WL.

When I stayed at CBR in May, the easiest way for me was bus to MK, then boat to WL.
