I had no idea! I went there every Christmas as part of my annual shopping trip with my Mom. It was mobbed with no sign of closing this past Christmas. I saw that it is becoming a "traditional Disney Store" as opposed to park owned. I'm not sure what the difference will be other than they had a travel agent in the lower level. They also had some meet and greets. Well, hopefully the new place will be just as magical!

Yes, that's what it seemed like from what I read. There were no signs at the time or discounts for that matter! I rememeber two Christmases ago lugging a Disney train that I had only seen at the parks on a downtown bus, to Penn Station and back to Long Island. And that was not the only thing I purchaced either! Mom thought I was nuts! And the train doesn't get played with that much!
But yes, they had lots of the snacks-pretzles, popcorn, candies.
