How Do I Get A Code Or Discount???

I know this has been asked before I'm sure, but I've been reading intently and I see all these Codes and Discounts being referred to!!

I'm taking 11 other people to WDW in November and could really use a hand in any way possible!!!

How do we get sent one? Given one?

And how do you subscribe to a thread?? I need to subscribe to a November Code Thread!!! Bad!!!

Can't help with the codes, as I have the same questions. We are DVC owners, but have friends who want to go in June, and I was trying to do some research on discounts. All of the threads on this board seem to be in greek. There must be something I don't know.

I can help however with the subscribing to a thread issue. If you will click on "Thread Tools" in the upper right, one of the choices will be "subscribe".

Well, for starters, join AAA. Their discounts range from 10-20% depending on the date and the resort.

Then go to the reservations website, and try some options-- different dates and resorts. And order the trip planning DVD. Either or both may put you in the running for those wonderful codes.

As to a subscription: you have 2 options. Either post a reply or go up to "thread tools" on the first post of the thread.

You keep your fingers and toes crossed and hope you get some pixie dust sprinkled your way. I've been going a few times a year since 1999 and I have yet to receive any sort of code.

If you are logged into the DIS you can go to "Thread Tools" (towards the top right of the thread) and use the pull-down to get to "Subscribe to this Thread". Or if you respond to a thread I believe the default is set to subscribe to the thread.

Keep watching this board. Historically November codes have been released mid to late August. If it is a public code you simply call CRO and ask them if they can apply it to your reservation (if there is availablity etc.)

Many people have had great success getting a 20% code for certain times of the year by ordering the vacation planning video from disneyworld.com.
