how do I find out who my guide is?

We bought a SSR resale contract. How do I find out who my guide is? We want to add on 50 points at AKV so I need to know who to call Will Member services be able to give me their name?

Hi there. Assume you purchased a while ago so you are "in the system" so give MS a call (they are open today) and they can connect you with your guide.

Yes, Saturdays are the worse day to call, IMHO.
