How do I figure out which places I can book on the free dining plan?

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to which restaurants I can use the free dining at? Are they the same as the "paid for" dining plan or are any not included? I am getting very confused...

Any restaurant that is on the DDP will be on the free plan as well.

When you're on the Disney website along the right you will see the words "Disney Dining Plan accepted". When you have "free" dining what you actually have is the Disney Dining plan
