what time Fantasmic will be on a given night? Is there a schedule that comes out, and if so where might I find it?

Fantasmic is always at park closing. If the calendar on the Disney World website shows the park closes at 8:30, then that is the time Fantasmic will show that night. Lots of times in the busiest seasons, often they will show it twice a night. When it is closer to the month you are going, you can look at the calendar and click on the link in each day's box and it will show you the time for Fantasmic that evening.

You can also find all park hours (including fireworks, Fantasmic, etc) on allearsnet.com and wdwinfo.com.
The schedules are now posted six months out.
