Today my family had a horrible experience at Chefs de France and I want to talk to someone in management about it. Does anyone know who I can call besides the general dining number? Thanks
You are probably handling this the best way and you can also pass the complaint through guest relations at wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com and request a return phone call from the restaurant owner.
But you should know that the restaurant is not Disney owned or operated. It is owned by Jerome Bocuse who took over from his father Chef Paul Bocuse. He owns all restaurant properties in the French Pavillion. So Disney will not be able to do more than forward your complaint.
