How do I confirm onboard credit?

I booked my upcoming cruise while on board my last cruise. I am getting onboard credit, but how does that work? It isn't anywhere on my docs. Do they just apply it to your KTTW balance at the end of the cruise? Thanks!:confused: :flower1:
 
I just emailed my TA, and he confirmed that we had gotten our shipboard credit.... you booked directly through DCL, so could you call them and inquire?

I had my TA confirm my credit with DCL, but when I received my statement the morning of disembarkation, the credit was never applied. It took 2 months for me to finally get the credit.
 
I have never seen where you can 'see' your onboard credit. What I did was email my TA and had her outline everything -- including putting down that I had a shipboard credit. Then, go to Guest Services as soon as you can. They will tell you if you have a credit on your account. Actually, I think there was a card in my cabin that said something about the credit being applied. I wouldn't wait until the last day to see if the credit is there.
 

They used to put a card in your stateroom, but on our last cruise there wasn't one. I went to Guest services to check--the credit was there, but they said they had discontinued the cards.

I'd still check the first day or so...if enough people bug Guest Services, they'll re-institute the cards!

I was told by TA that it doesn't show up on the confirmations even though they know it is there (hmmmm...I may want to re-check on that one.)
