How do I claim the free Pappa John's Pizza?

Thanks to this board, I signed up. The Super Bowl coin toss came up heads. So how do I go about getting my free pizza?

I've checked my email for a message but haven't gotten anything and it's now been a week.

After successfully doing so, they will email you your code for the free pizza.

You have to get your promo code by February 19, 2012 and redeem it by March 4, 2012.

Codes can only be used once, so if you are sending them the code you used it won't work
