How do I call hotel Cheyenne direct from Norway?

I know the number is (0)160 45 62 00 according to the very useful information thread. But how do I get through to them from Norway? Do I have to add some number before the main number? Or should I try call the norwegian disneyland number and ask if they can connect me to the hotel from there?

I have no idea... Never called abroad before...... Help?

I believe that it is 0033 and then drop the first 0 so it would make it 0033160456200
