How do I attach a file into a post?

I've made this great spreadsheet for my FE list, however I do not know how to attach it into a post.

You are not able to. We don't allow attachments of any type.

You can convert it to a picture file (like a .jpg) and upload it to a photo hosting site and then post that link. You may also be able to make it into a Google Doc and post that link but I am not familiar with how to do that and if it would work here. I have seen it done on other forums that don't allow attachments.
