How do I: animate a clipart by using 2 URLs

Can it be done? I have 2 cliparts that are essentially the same and I want them to flip back and forth to each other. You know, sort of like they were animated. One shows then the other takes it's place, then back to the first, then the 2nd and so on.

What would the html code be for animating 2 URLs like that? Here are the URLS:

You have to have graphic editing software to make your new clipart and a website to store it on once it's completed.
