when I really have a problem eating when I first get up?
I've learned in the last couple months that if I don't have something, something with protein that I will regret it later. I've had two instances when I was dizzy and light headed, more than normal
, in the last couple months.
I used to be able to just eat something, it didn't have to be much, just something. Now I have to eat more and uggg, the thought of it.
Does anyone know of something I can eat or do that will help?
