How do I add the countdown calendar?

I noticed some of the signatures have a calendar that counts down the days till the next trip to WDW, I would like to know how to add this to my signature.

As you can tell from my profile I'm new also. You can go to the first sticky on this forum, i think it's Info for Newbies or something like that. One of the topics is countdown calendars. Print out the instructions and follow them to the tee. It's not hard at all!
