How Do I add attachments in my PJ?

I would like to post some pictures in my PJ but can't figure out how! It says that the administrator does not allow attachments, so is there any way I can change that setting??? I am so confused!

You'll need to upload your photos to a photo-sharing site like Photobucket, and then you'll be able to copy a link they provide and paste it into your posts.

Will the pictures actually show up in my PJ then, or will it just show a link that people then have to click on? I am trying to get the pictures to show up directly on my PJ. Does that make any sense? Sorry I'm terrible with computers!
