How do I add a lap baby?

I have flown Southwest with a lap baby before, but I cant remember what to do.
I booked our flights, and a member in our party will have a lap child, but there was no where on Southwest's website to enter that information in. What do I do?? Do I call Southwest, or will they just have to give that information at the airport??

I believe you have to go to the counter to get a pass. And have the childs birth certificate.

Order your tickets for those getting their own seats (if doing it online).
Call Southwest afterwards and notify them you'll have a lap child.
You can still check-in 24 hours in advance.
When you get to the airport, you'll need to go to their counter though to get a pass for the child and to verify his/her age.

All of this from a SW agent today.
