How do I add a countdown to my signature?

Thanks for the help with the ticker!!!! Seven more days till we are in the zone!
Anyone else feel like they can't wait another day till they get there? I swear even though we go there every year it feels like the first time all over again.
How do they do that? Or am I just addicted to the mouse?
