How do Annual Passports work?

We have ordered two annual passports and they have arrived! We got two dreams an recieved two tickets saying dream etc with the price on and then two tickets with 0.00 on the back.
Which do we use to get into the park? And also when we take them to the passport office, do we have to take any documents or anything like that?
Sorry for such a very naive question but I don't have a clue.

You will need to take your passport with you to exchange for full AP in the park The ones with no value are free under sevens AP if your taking any children they can get one too
