How disappointing to see Canada lose the Gold Medal game at the World Juniors

I know it was going to eventually happen where Canada's streak of winning the World Juniors would come to an end, but to actually see it happen was disappointing and to lose the the game in Canada and in overtime against the United States, after coming back like they kept doing. Oh well at least we have the Winter Olympics to look forward to and at next years World Juniors in Buffalo is when Canada can take back the Gold.

I totally agree.

I'm not a hockey fan but always want canada to win especially against the US. I hope we take the gold at the olympics

It's also disappoiting when I heard on TSN that a buch of American NHL players were sending letters of encouragement to team USA which there is nothing wrong with, since Canada got visits from Steve Yzerman and Mark Messier. It's the fact that Zach Paraise said he was sick of hearing how great Canada is at being the #1 Hockey nation or something like that. Now I am sure he said that as motivation for the USA and etc, but we don't hear Canadians ever saying those comments about Americans and how Baseball is their #1 sport. So who cares if Canada likes to claim that and if one American player is sick of hearing about it.

I was so disappointed. I'm not even a hockey fan and I was glued to the tv. But I'm still proud of Team Canada.

I was disappointed too but I think that the USA played better and deserved to win.
