How difficult is it to book Aulani for June at the 7 month mark?

DH and I have been dreaming of a trip to Aulani for our 10th anniversary next year. We’re planning on June once our DD is out of school. How difficult is it to get 6 nights in a 1 bedroom at the 7 month mark? We are flexible with dates. Thanks!

Oceanview would be a dream but we are flexible on that.

I think ocean view are the last to go. There are a couple of weeks in June, after schools are already out but point charts are still cheap that are among the most difficult weeks of the year to book.

About June 7 to July 6 is the second highest DVC demand time of the year at Aulani (Christmas week is the first). Though Ocean View rooms are usuallly the last to fill and are often open at 7-months out many times of the year, including because they are close to 50% of all rooms and have he highest point costs, they have a risk of filling for multiple days in any week before 7-months out during that June to July time. Seeking a 1BR will give you a better chance of getting the reservation, but it is not a certainty.
