How did you pay for your PAP? CC, gift card?

I called MS to buy the PAPs. I had lots of gift cards so they put me through to another division and I was able to pay with the gift cards. I think I had 25 gift cards.

Same here. I called Member Services and they told me that Disney Ticketing could process multiple gift cards. I called the Disney ticketing number given to me by MS first using option 1 and was told not possible. I said oh well and decided to just use the gift cards at Guest Relations when I got there and just buy regular as it will be January before I arrive.

The next day, I called back after reading further on the Mousellaneous board and used option 5 which connected me instantly to a cm who said no problem! He said give me a minute until I pull up the DVC price,etc and then took 17 cards for 2 PAP's. Easy peasy if you get the person who knows how to handle the transaction.

If you do this you will have to scratch off the shiny stuff to get the last four numbers. You may want to do this before you call.

Used my Disney Visa to get a $425 GC at Safeway. Used the GC to buy the PAP by calling MS.

Benefits
$1.70 off of gas, about $34
2% in reward dollars on my Disney Visa $8.50

So basically a total of 10% off of the purchase price. Better than a poke in the eye

Bummed about the decrease to 10% instead of 20%, we already have that with DVC or the regular AP!
