i have made my one nite deposit do they send you a confirmation in the mail . i have no idea what my balance is well i roughly know. can i pay the room ahead or do i have to pay at checkin or check out. ty

Yes, we received a confirmation in the mail and by email. We paid at check-in with AmEx

Sometimes I have sent payments in along the way and at other times, I have paid with my debit card at check-in.

They will send you a confirmation, and, unlike a Disney owned resort, you don't pay the balance of your bill until check-out. Of course, they do take your credit card when you check-in. If you want, you can make payments before you arrive.

You may call accounting for an update on your balance. I always use the same Centurion AMEX CC (they have it permanently on file w/my Plat. SPG account), so it's extremely convenient. You should receive a confirmation in the mail, reflecting your payment, balance and reservation information. Enjoy!!

ty all so much . thats why when i called about being able to use my giftcard she said give it to them at chek out. do they hold the amount you owe at checkin?/
