Who did you book thru for your cruise on Royal Carribean to get the best deal? I am looking at a cruise for next year and trying to get the best deal I can.

Go to www.cruisecompete.com and tell them where, when and what ship. You will receive price quotes from various agencies and you can choose one of them if it is attractive enough.

Costco also has very good prices on cruises if you are a member.

I used www.buycruises.com after researching lots of online agencies. Although I didn't book online. I called the 800 number and got an even better deal than the online quote.

I called around a few places and received quotes on-line. After all my research Costco travel beat everyone by $400-$500!! Good luck!!

We've always gotten the best prices at www.cruisevalue.com You can get an instant quote right on their website, by typing in the date, cruise line, itinerary, cabin selection, etc.

I think there's a thread on cruisecritic now about the larger discount places not being able to offer the really deep discounts anymore. I've received a credit on my cc after final payment when the price dropped -I always monitor prices on RCL 's website. This happens when a sailing doesn't sell out. I was able to get 1,000.00 credited once:bounce: What ship are you looking to sail?

Mariner of the Seas. Have you cruised on it? It's one of the newer ships.

I haven't been on that class of RCI ships yet. I am a fan of RCI, though- I just booked another cruise for next April:D

www.cruisequick.com generally has the lowest prices, but read their disclaimer! They are full service as in taking care of your requests, communication with the cruiseline regarding pre boarding issues, etc. But they are not a hand holding and advising agency. If you know exactly what you want, get a quote. They will not, however counsel you on the best ship, or when to go, etc. I have read absolutely fabulous things about them on cruisecritic.com although I've not booked with them before.
