How did the Hannah Montana series end?

I thought it was coming back for one more season? this summer maybe?

Last season ended with a 2 part episode ending, Miley wanted to move back to Tennessee but then her dad found a ranch in California so they decided to stay. HM is coming back for 1 final season, I beleive they are still filming and it will be released this fall.

Actually new episodes are coming on this summer. I don't know if you've seen the promo which is called 'Hannah Montana Forever' and I believe there are only 12 episodes of the last season.
