How deep are splash pools?

I was looking at the townhomes at Windsor Hills and would like to know how deep the splash pools are? It's hard to tell by the photos.

The splash pools are 12 by 12 feet and from 3 ft to 5 ft deep. There are steps in one corner and a ledge that runs from the steps along one side. ( the side that's nearest to the patio doors usually) The ledge is just wide enough to sit on, maybe a foot wide. The 5 ft deep place is opposite the steps and close to the opposite side. From the steps and along where the ledge is it's about 3ft to 3 and half feet.
