How Crowded with WDW be this week

My son and I are headed to wDW for a short vacation before he heads back to college. We will be there from Thursday, Jan 6 through Saturday Jan 8. I know that the marathon will be on Sunday, Jan. 9. Will the crowds be up due to the marathon?

My son and I hoping to get a couple of good rounds of WWTBAM-PI in while we are there. He has been on the hot seat four times and I love being on the hot seat. It should be fun.

I've never toured WDW during this time frame. I think the crowds should be moderate, though.

It should be almost like having the park to yourself. Except pay attention to the marathon. Special events tend to crowd a park and I think the marathon is on the 8th with lots of people there already.
