Ok, I just got off the phone with Tanis and got all the info about my DP...INCLUDING the wear your dress/transportation/backstage info...

I will update my PJ with the info very soon (hopefully tonight) but what I did find out is we can ride down the Boardwalk in the Model A!!!!!

At first I wanted to walk, but due to the time minimum we get the car for and the fact that you can only put the bride and groom in it AND as Carrie said, it's a show vehicle and CANNOT go bring us backstage for the DP, it would be a waste to just use it to take some pics with after the wedding and then bring us to AKL for the dinner, so now the more I think about it, I'm liking the idea of riding in it down the boardwalk to SBP!!! tee hee... we get it for 3 hours, so I think timewise it won't be a waste of $ that way (which is what Tanis was thinking too) If it picks us up around what? 2:15ish (I have no idea really) at BW it holds during the ceremony and cake cutting (2:30-3:30ish) we take pics with it a bit after (because it's gorgeous!) and then we take it over to AKL at around 4:30ish I think...it'll be a bit time wasted, but I'm not sure how else to work it in..if anyone has ideas, please let me know We can't use it to return from AKL because logistically it would be difficult to take it back to AKL and then meet up with the regular limo to bring us backstage.

So, stay tuned to my PJ for the details of the CP convo!

Has anyone used the Model A?

I know lots go for the Cinderella Coach or just stick with the limo, but both Eoghan and I REALLY like the Model A (more about this to come in my PJ now that I'm all caught up to the planning part!!)

Ok, that's it for now, just wanted to let you all know the news! Especially for those perhaps also using the Model A or whatnot...

That's fabulous to hear that it can take you to AKL too. You'll definitely get more value out of that than Cinderella's Coach, and it will look great in pictures!

So if you pay the extra to have alternative transportation (DF and I were also looking at the Model A as we saw it outside the Grand Floridian on our last trip!), you also still get the limo for the four hours?

Yes, it's similar to the idea that when you use an outside photographer, you get "credit" for Disney photography to sub for a Honeymoon shoot...

You get the 4 hours of limo no matter what so we are using it to transport guests back and forth that day (to wedding, to reception, back to Epcot for DP etc...) Now all I have to do is figure out the logistics of all the transporting!
