How comfortable are the sofa beds at CCV?

I get that. I got an inflatable mattress from the front desk once at AKL, they might have one you can use at CCV. Wouldn't hurt to ask if you wanted.
Good to know! They should do something about these uncomfortable sofa beds! May put a blow up mattress in each room or take them out for a real bed lol

These are timeshare rooms, not hotel rooms. Members pay for all refurbs in their dues. DVC is not obligated to provide alternative beds just because you are paying cash (and especially if you are renting points).

Yeah CCV is our home resort and we’ve had few people sleep on the bed and it’s not the best. Especially after long park days, you’re not going to get the quality of sleep that you would want out of it. Maybe stay at another resort and visit WL? Those pull down beds (even the one at Pop) were so much more comfortable in my humble opinion.

We just stayed there in November and our oldest daughter described the sofa bed as sleeping on a board with a bit of fluff on it :( She’s always had a flair for the dramatic , but you get the idea.
LOL. Thanks for the laugh. I hear ya. :)

This is what I was going to say. You don’t have to stay at WL to come and see the pretty Christmas decorations. Sleep is vital on a Disney trip. Book a room somewhere where you can get an amazing nights sleep, and then come visit WL and check out the decorations.

Not worth spending all that money to sleep on the floor or be in a super uncomfortable pull out. There’s tons of other affordable options.

I have been looking forward to staying there. We stayed there years ago so it is at the top of my list.

How about a mattress topper? Order from amazon and deliver to the hotel you can find one for $50 . My son uses this in his dorm room and nothing is more uncomfortable than those beds. You could just leave it behind afterwards and would still be able to stay where you want to stay. I personally have slept on the pull outs multiple times and honestly I do not find it that bad but that’s just my opinion. I certainly could sleep. My oldest has also slept on it and really did not complain he’s 6 feet tall. I think it just depends on the person honestly.
