How comfortable are the pull out sofas at BCV?

DH and I are SERIOUSLY considering a BCV purchase, but I am concerned about the sleeping arrangements.

We are a family of 4 and we'd ideally put the kids (twins) in the sofa bed and us in the king bed.

My question is how comfortable are the sofa beds? Are they just ok for kids or do they work for adults too?

My experience with sofa beds is that the mattress is usually thin and you can usually feel the bar and not get a very good night sleep. What do you think?

Thanks!!

Very comfortable and easy to do, just be sure and read the instructions fully and carefully because after you fully fold it out you can not find the bedding.

I ended up sleeping on it with my 3 year old and was amazed. Better than SSR 9Which is not bad). Was disappointed that Vero did have better sofas.

Definetly read the instructions. My wife called house keeping to get pillows and a blanket and they were in the little compatment under the foot of the bed. Very comfortable, I am close to 240lbs and I never felt a spring or support.

My Adult DS has slept on both the new style and the old ones. He said the new style is very comfortable.
Have a Great Trip

WALTSAGOD,

The sofa beds are actually quite ingenious, and this is coming from someone with a design/inventor/engineer background. If I remember correctly during the first phase of the fold out there are compartments exposed which when you finish are folded under the outside end of the bed and you cannot see them. These are where the pillows and blankets are stored (we had to call also).

There must be a strong patent on this design; otherwise I do not see why any company would make any other design.

Good quality post, keep it up!

We just stayed at BCV last month and it was HORRIBLE!!!! Dh and I slept on the sofa bed and it was the most uncomfortable thing we have ever been on. The style is the new one, but the actual mattress pad, I would not call it a mattress by any means, was thin and provided no support. I would not recommend using this except for small kids! JMHO.

I slept on it one night with my ds, he was having leg aches from the park so I stayed with him in case he needed me. Anyways, I slept just fine, no complaints from me. :cool1:
