Why do I have to check 3 or 4 agency websites everyday just to check for new listing?

And then I feel like I could still be missing some.

Frustration is setting in. I'm trying to be patient, but the small contracts go so fast an are so few.

Have you contacted any of the brokers to tell them what you want?

Most small contracts never even make it to the websites - the brokers sell them to people on their waitlists.
