How close together to schedule FPs?

I would like to get them fairly close together, probably mid to late morning, to be able to get additional FPs sooner, but what's a good time period in between the rides? 15 minutes? 30 minutes? I would do rides that are near each other to reduce travel time.

Thanks!

Yep, back to back. 3 FP's in a row will take up 3 hours of your schedule. If you want more FP's don't forget to move up FP #2 & #3 when you tap in for your first so you don't burn up 3 hours of your touring for only 3 passes.

Immediately after each other, with no gap, works fine for many.

Cool.

The FP window is an hour so I would schedule them back to back. For example, 10-11am, 11am-12pm, 12-1pm.

Oh, LOL, I forgot about the hour window. Of course back to back makes sense in that case.

This sounds very useful. Can you tell me more about how to do this?

How do you move them up? Do you check to see if there are any available that have an earlier time?

Yes, our DD did that for us a number of times last week. As soon as she saw that we tapped in on the first FP, she tried to move the others closer.

Closest you can do is 1 hour apart. Sometimes you can get them that close, other times the only ones available are farther apart.

Yes. Click modify and check for an earlier time. If you don't find what you want you can back out of the modify window no problem.

Yep. Most days, we burn through our first 3 FP+ in about 60-90 minutes.

If you schedule your FP back to back, with the longest attraction for your second FP, you can do all three in a row without having to fuss with getting on your phone and moving the second and third FP earlier. You go to your first FP very close to then end of the window, and when you get off you will already be into the second window. Go to your second FP, and then to your third, which you will hit right at the beginning of the window, maybe even in the five minute early grace period. BTMRR, Splash, then 7DMT is one example that works well. Or FoP, KS, then EE.

Exactly.
Typically do 9:00-10:00, (with an 8:00 open), 10:00-11:00 and 11:00-12:00.
Use first FP about 10:00, so I can ride the first couple of hours when the lines are quite short. May bump it to 8:45-9:45, depending on what all times I can get on that 3rd FP. By the time I'm ready to use the 3rd FP, it's so close to time for it to begin if I stop for a bathroom break and maybe a quick snack I don't have to worry with trying to move it. Odds of getting a time for that one that's closer than what I've already gotten are slim to none anyway.

As others have suggested, I too do them one right after the other - if you do a 10-11, 11-12, 12-1 : you can:
Rope Drop several rides
Do your 10-11 at 10:55 , then your 11-12 right afterwards and be done shortly after 11.
Then, early lunch before lines grow in QS locations.
Then, do your 12-1 and while in line, get your next FP (like right after you scan your magic band to enter.
